Bis-Man Transit is in the process of updating their Coordinated Public Transit - Human Services Transportation Plan for Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln.

This Plan will help Bis-Man Transit identify gaps and unmet needs in the transportation services they offer. Transportation may include any method people use to get from one place to another, such as car, bus, bicycle, walking, or other forms of public transit.

PUBLIC HEARING

Bis-Man Transit will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to present the final 2026 Coordinated Public Transit-Human Service Transportation Plan for Bis-Man Transit.

The public is encouraged to attend the public hearing, or submit written comments by email, fax or traditional mail.

The meeting will be held at the Bis-Man Transit Facility located at 3750 East Rosser Avenue in Bismarck, ND. The meeting will be accessible virtually. Information on how to access the meeting virtually will be posted here soon.

Written comments may be submitted by email, fax or traditional mail. Written comments should be received no later than 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2026, and should be specifically identified as "Public Transit-Human Service Transportation Plan".
