Coordinated Public Transit-Human Service Transportation Plan

2026 Public Survey

Bis-Man Transit is in the process of updating their Coordinated Public Transit - Human Services Transportation Plan for Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln.

This Plan will help Bis-Man Transit identify gaps and unmet needs in the transportation services they offer. Transportation may include any method people use to get from one place to another, such as car, bus, bicycle, walking, or other forms of public transit.

Your input is needed to help identify gaps and unmet needs in the transportation services that are offered. Your responses to a brief survey will enable Bis-Man Transit to develop strategies that will enhance transportation services in our area.

PUBLIC MEETINGS

The 2026 Coordinated Public Transit-Human Service Transportation Plan for Bis-Man Transit will be presented for comments at the below listed meetings. The public is encouraged to attend. All meetings will be accessible virtually. Information on how to access the meetings virtually will be available soon.

  • 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - Bis-Man Transit Facility

    • Thursday, July 30, 2026

  • 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. - Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library

    • Written comments may be submitted by email, fax or traditional mail. Written comments should be received no later than 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2026, and should be specifically identified as "Public Transit-Human Service Transportation Plan".
