Our vision is to provide safe, reliable, and efficient public transportation to support the overall quality of life in our communities.
Any person who has a complaint about the accessibility of our transit system or believes discrimination has occurred on the basis of disability by Bis-Man Transit may file a written complaint detailing the accessibility issue or incident. All alleged discrimination complaints must be received within 180 days of the incident in question. Beyond that time period, complaints will be classified as comments. Please provide all facts and circumstances surrounding the issue or accessibility complaint so the issue may be fully investigated.
