Scope of Complaints:
The scope of the complaint procedure is designed to address Bis-Man Transit’s external activities. Actions related to transit service, interaction with transit staff, or the expansion or alteration of routes, facilities or fares; hold the potential to create complaints and a subsequent formal review.
Bis-Man Transit takes all complaints very seriously and uses the following procedure to ensure prompt and thorough processing for all received grievances:
a) All written complaints will be investigated by the Administrative Office (Transit Director, 701-258-6817, 3750 E Rosser Ave, Bismarck, ND 58501) and a formal report will be issued to the complainant within 5 (five) business days.

c) If the complainant is unsatisfied with the Administrative response they have 10 business days to appeal, in writing, to the Bis-Man Transit Board of Directors. Upon review of the appeal, the Board of Directors will provide a written response within 10 business days of their monthly meeting.
