Bis-Man Transit will hold a public hearing to present proposed changes to service hours as recommended by the Transportation Steering Committee and general public.
The meeting will be held Thursday, January 22nd, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., prior to the January regular Bis-Man Transit Board meeting.
The meeting will be held at Bis-Man Transit, located at 3750 East Rosser Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota.

Comments should be submitted no later than 10:00 am January 22nd and should be specifically identified as "Service Hours".
The Transportation Steering Committee proposed expanding the fixed route by four additional hours of service, to run from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The Sunday service would be extended to run from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and opened to the general public, allowing rides to be scheduled at least one day in advance.
