Bis-Man Transit will hold a series of public comment meetings to discuss proposed changes to service hours as recommended by the Transportation Steering Committee.
The Public Comment meetings will be held as follows:

3:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library

Comments should be submitted no later than 5:00 pm January 13th and should be specifically identified as "Service Hours".
Bis-Man Transit will be offering free rides for both CAT Bus riders and Paratransit riders for all hours of operation, and to all locations on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
