Bis-Man Transit will hold a series of public comment meetings to discuss proposed changes to service hours as recommended by the Transportation Steering Committee and general public.
The Public Comment meetings will be held as follows:

Comments should be submitted no later than 5:00 pm January 13th and should be specifically identified as "Service Hours".
Bis-Man Transit will be offering free rides for both CAT Bus riders and Paratransit riders for all hours of operation, and to all locations on Tuesday, January 13, 2026.
The Transportation Steering Committee proposed expanding the fixed route by four additional hours of service, to run from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The Sunday service would be extended to run from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and opened to the general public, allowing rides to be scheduled at least one day in advance.
