January 5, 2026 - Bismarck, N.D. – Bis-Man Transit will be holding two public comment meetings to discuss proposed changes to service hours, as recommended by the Transportation Steering Committee and general public. The public is invited to attend.
The public comment meetings will be held on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the Morton Mandan Public Library, and from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library.

Bis-Man Transit will be offering free rides for both CAT Bus riders and Paratransit riders on Tuesday, January 13th, 2026. Free rides will be offered for all hours of operation on January 13th, 2026, and to all locations.
