April 28, 2025 - Bismarck, N.D. – – Bis-Man Transit is seeking qualified applicants to join the Community Transportation Input Committee, or CTIC (SEE-tick). The committee provides the Bis-Man Transit Board with advice, comments, and feedback pertaining to plans, programs, and projects administered by the Bis-Man Transit Board which are of interest to citizens of the Bismarck/Mandan community.
CTIC consists of three Bis-Man Transit Board members and up to 10 individuals from the public with a vested interest in public transportation.
