June 29, 2026 - Bismarck, N.D. – –Bis-Man Transit is seeking input from the public as they work to update the Coordinated Public Transit Human Service Transportation Plan for Bismarck, Mandan, and Lincoln. The plan is updated every five years. Public input is needed to help identify mobility gaps and unmet needs in transportation services offered in our communities. Responses will enable Bis-Man Transit to develop strategies that will enhance transportation services in the area.
Bis-Man Transit is asking the public to complete a brief survey by July 20th, 2026, available at www.bismantransit.com.
The updated Coordinated Public Transit Human Service Transportation Plan will be presented for comments at a series of public comment meetings. All meetings will be accessible virtually. The meetings are scheduled for:
- Tuesday, July 28, 2026
- 10:30AM – 11:30AM – Morton Mandan Public Library
- 2:00PM – 3:00PM – Bis-Man Transit Facility
- Thursday, July 30, 2026
- 4:30PM – 5:30PM – Bismarck Veterans Memorial Public Library
