The Bis-Man Transit Finance Committee will conduct a meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2016, beginning at 7 a.m. at the Bis-Man Transit Center (3750 East Rosser Avenue in Bismarck). The committee is meeting to discuss revisions to the service proposal that the City of Bismarck sent back to the organization.
