The Bis-Man Transit Finance Committee will conduct a meeting on Saturday, December 10, 2016, beginning at 10:30 a.m. at the Mandan Public Library (609 W Main St). The committee is meeting to consider the recommendation that if the Bismarck City Commission is unwilling to accept the proposal for service changes, to create a plan for an orderly transfer of the system to the city.
