October 19, 2020 – Bismarck, N.D. – Bis-Man Transit will be offering free rides for both CAT Bus riders and Paratransit riders on election day, Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020. Free ride day provides a great opportunity for the community to learn more about Bis-Man Transit. Free rides will be offered for all hours of operation on November 3rd, 2020, and to all locations.
