The April Bis-Man Transit Board Meeting will begin Thursday, April 23, at 11 a.m. Pursuant to N.D.C.C. §§ 44-04-19.1 and 44-04-19.2, the Board will hold an Executive Session based upon the need for attorney consultation, to discuss negotiation strategy and provide negotiation instructions to its attorney concerning a contract.
The traditional portion of the Bis-Man Transit Board meeting will begin at the conclusion of the Executive Session.
