The offices for Capital Area Transit (CAT) and Bis-Man Transit will be closed on Friday, April 3, 2015, but buses for both services will still provide service.
The CAT's 12 fixed routes, running throughout Bismarck and Mandan, will begin and end at traditional times and are scheduled to run all routes.
The Bis-Man Transit administrative office is also scheduled to be closed, but the dispatch office will be open. Clients may call 223-9001 to schedule rides on the paratransit service. The paratransit service is a 24/7/365 service and does not shut down service due to holidays.
The Jefferson Lines bus depot will be open until 1 p.m. on Friday.
The CAT fleet performed 138,610 one-way rides in 2014, resulting in 315,123 miles driven. The Bis-Man Transit paratransit service provided 163,991 rides this past year. The Bis-Man Bus Depot, which provides tickets for Jefferson Lines buses to Fargo, as well as to Billings, via Minot and Williston, and tickets for other bus providers, sold more than 4,000 rides in 2014.
