Notice is hereby given that there may be a quorum of the Bis-Man Transit Board of Directors attending the Public Comment meetings for the Coordinated Public Transit-Human Service Transportation Plan. The Public Comment meetings will be held at the Morton Mandan Public Library from 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM, and at the Bis-Man Transit Facility from 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. No action is expected to be taken by the Board at the public comment meetings.
