The Bis-Man Transit Board will conduct a special meeting on Friday, July 22, 2016, beginning at noon at Bismarck-Mandan Transit Center (3750 East Rosser Avenue in Bismarck). The meeting will have discussion and consideration of potential public involvement activities.
