Bismarck, N.D. – A transfer point for Bismarck-Mandan’s fixed route public transportation bus, Capital Area Transit, is being moved temporarily, beginning Monday, July 11.
Due to parking lot construction at Kirkwood Mall, the transfer point will be moved from the northwest corner of the mall parking lot, behind CVS, to the parking lot southwest of the intersection of Bowen and 5th.
Routes affected by the move include the A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, E-1, E-2, M-1 and M-2. The A routes will depart from the temporary transfer point via Front and follow the traditional route. The B routes and the M-1 will depart via Front and then turn left onto 3rd before joining back with the traditional route.
