Notice is hereby given that there may be a quorum of the Bis-Man Transit Board of Directors attending the Transit Development Plan open house. The open house will be held at the Dream Center (1805 Park Ave, Bismarck, ND) from 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. No action is expected to be taken by the Board at the public hearing.
