Notice is hereby given that there may be a quorum of the Bis-Man Transit Board of Directors attending the Public Hearing for the Coordinated Public Transit-Human Service Transportation Plan. The Public Hearing will be held at the Bis-Man Transit facility (3750 E Rosser Ave, Bismarck, ND) from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 24, 2026. No action is expected to be taken by the Board at the public hearing.
